Rasta I40 BBQ Announced!

**SCROLL DOWN FOR UPDATE**
So the Rasta BBQ has officially been announced as of now. The BBQ will take place on the thursday @ around 6 pm. This is to make all of the non-rastas queueing to get in more jelous and hungry.
This news post is to outline information about logistics, Times and Selection.
When: Thursday @ 6pm (Rock up earlier and catch some of the test runs before I go into BBQ frenzy mode)
Where: In secondary car park outside the grandstand. Just ask cr@zy where he was so glad to experiance the rain.
Who: All of rasta, Ex-rasta and Friends of Rasta are elible for the BBQ.
What: Salmon + Pepper kababs, Butterflied king prawns in a chilli marinate. An assortment of Sausages (Traditional, Pork+leak, Pork+Chilli), Homemade 100% Steak burgers (I make these myself lads), Chicken in a lemon + thyme marinade, Chicken Marinaded in my homemade BBQ Sauce.
Why: Well with the community growing as it is and Rasta supporting so many teams as of late I felt it would a great idea that would bring the teams together as a community, allowing those who are new or perhaps people who dont know eachother very well the oppotunity to have proper convosation in a friendly enviroment. Why Rasta? Well you lads are the only people who have practically welcomed me in as a family :D
The Catch: As it stands I can order and make the food at cost price so i wouldnt be profiting from it. With that in mind this BBQ is going to cost around 150 quid to put together, Not including cleaning which i will do in my own time. For this reason i ask that every able-pocketed Rasta pays 5 quid (30 ppl and its paid for) for this all-you-can-eat occassion.
The Twist: Due to their awesomeness, and as an apprechiation of all the hard work that they put into this community regularly I will be covering the expenses of Blanks, Arky and Damage so these lads can get some chillaxing in before the usual Stress-fest that is the proceedings of an I-series lan.
Payment: Payment will be made at a later date when i have numbers to order food for. Greater the amount of people the less expensive it is so i will only open payments when i am certain of the cost per head.
PLEASE NOTE I WILL BE USING THIS COMMENTS SECTION TO COMPOSE MY GUEST LIST AND THUS THE OVERALL NUMBERS FOR THIS BBQ.

Rest assured lads that while all seems quiet on the western front, the russians are quietly working away, which means that im finalising arrangements now. Due to the MASSIVE intrest I have upped the food order, but the price remains the same (finalising this).
In regards to how things will work, I'll need the money via paypal at least 3 weeks before iseries. Ill be chasing you lads up for it so if you could spread the word amongst everyone that would be great. Payment on the day will only be possible if you are too young to own a paypal account.
I'll be keeping a list of those who have paid and those who need to pay on the day. If you have paid you need to find me at iseries and ill give you your ticket which you will need to flash to me before getting food, to stop any gatecrashers.
Security:
On a last note, I will be providing security at the bbq in the form of my gigantic fists, which are attached to my gigantic shoulders. If anyone else wishes to volunteer to do the same let me know at the event.
