Why would we like to join an organisation and why should you let us?
It has always been a goal for every one of us to represent an organisation at a LAN event and would give us great pleasure in being able to. We also like the idea of being accepted in an organisation and allowing us to mix with the community and wish them luck at their events.
We are also very interested in joining an organisation as it benefits us by putting our name out there which is a huge bonus because even though we know we can compete well at LAN, our “unknown” status still daunts us and with being picked up by an organisation helps us put out name out there.
There are a number of advantages of allowing our team to represent you at LAN. We will be participating in a lot of Game battles matches because of the new EU rule-set which will make good practice for us and beneficial to you as we will be able to easily push the top spots of the ladders, resulting in a lot visits to our team profile which will be advertising your organisation therefore, will help increase traffic to the website and help it to grow, develop and possibly attract new sponsors.
If picked up we would do our very best to give the organisation a good name for sportsmanship. Unlike the majority of picked up teams we see, we understand how important it is for your organisation to remain well respected in the community and we’d do our best to do this.
Also, because we intend on attending all UK LAN events we aim to place well in these events which will help attract interest for players looking to join on other games that you may currently be searching for.
We are also interested in joining an organisation because by playing under an organisation we would be classed as professional gamers and this is what we want to be known as, we will be known as a good respected team playing under a great org and not just another random team that isn’t expected to last.
We want this to be a long-term partnership and to stay with you and your community, helping each other grow and become one of the best teams and organisations in the competitive gaming industry.

What LAN support are we looking for?
In terms of things such as LAN support will obviously have to be discussed. We do not mind putting money towards the first LAN event as this would be seen to us as an examination in our capability. If we’re competing well in these events then we would be looking into having our tickets paid for us and possibly our flights for international gaming events you may wish for us to partake in. The only current LAN support we are aiming for is team clothing such as, Polo Shirts/Hoodies and Maybe GT Changes to look as professional as possible like a true team.
How many LAN events are we looking to attend per year?
We are looking to attend them all but realistically and financially this could be a maybe.

Extras:

We have and still are putting a lot of time and effort into this team every day and we can see the benefits of it. We are beating lots of well-respected teams with relative ease on a daily basis, and even those games we don’t win are always close. We aren’t asking for full funding at LAN events, only to be given the chance to show what we really are, which is a strong and capable team.

Just for the record, joining an organisation doesn't class you as a professional gamer. You could be the best player ever to touch the game but unless you are legitimately being paid to play the game, you are not a professional gamer, you are just a sick gamer.

Good luck in your application, someone from the management team will get back to you shortly.

However to my knowledge, financial support rarely occurs if at all within Rasta Gaming. You will need to discuss this wih management as I cannot speak on their behalf but I do know that your team will need to purchase your own shirts (for £20/£25 per shirt), and in regards to changing Gamertags - this is something that you will also need to pay for yourself if you are interested in doing so.
