I have been playing competitively in the portuguese scene for a number of years now, as that is where I am from, however travelling to attend portuguese lans comes at a price, so for a couple of months I have been trying to make the transition to an UK team. I have had no luck so far, a lot to do with me being so demanding and picky when it comes to joining or building a team, as I have wasted too much time in this game, so will only join a team when I find another 4 who understand teamwork. I believe I may have a lot to offer so I hope I can find the organisation and motivation I am looking for in your org, and your interest off course. A team that understands how to play the game, not just good aimer, bunch of people who are dedicated, and enjoy improving as a team, simply said but not many understand the true meaning... I have been a caller for a couple of years and I find that people expect "you" to do most things in and out of game, like knowing when there is a match. Just like in football, Ronaldo doesn't practice Basketball all week to go play football at the weekend for Real, I think you understand what I mean. People who instead of wanting to put in their extra time to play "pub", go and find their only teammate online and say, hey lets practice that flash/smoke we did in training, or let's play a pub, but work as a team. Without the team leader saying anything. So mainly, Dedication, Motivation and Own initiative...Just to start with....so simple to understand hard to master.
