So at I39 I got a load of flack for not fronting 150 quid for one of my hogroasts.
So this time im organising a hog roast and i will be following it through this time (blanks will be pleased :P ) It will be taking place on either the thursday or the friday, depending on the schedule of the games.
Since I39 we have expanded our menu considerably. Still avalible is the Hog roast or the Lamb roast. An entire pig for only 150 quid (ish) Lamb is marginally more expensive, by about 20 quid.
Since summer is upon us, i thought it would be a good idea to forget about the pig, the 4 hours cooking time and the busling crowd demanding a pork roll. I thought it would be good to have either a BBQ with an assortment of meats, OR i could take my brand new purchase for a test run.
Ladies and Gents, I must announce to you that i have brought my very own (brand new) FISH AND CHIP VAN!!!! This van is totally pimped out with 3 MASSIVE fryers a fridge for drinks and food and plugs for things...

League of Legends.

A lot of people are getting tired of HoN because of how serious it is. League of Legends is a much easier game to play that is fun even if you get your arse handed to you. It is free to play but you can pay money to get new heros, or just earn "IP" per game and use that to unlock new stuff.
I highly recommend you give it a go and join Cr@zy, myself and a couple more risk takers for a game or two. I guarantee you will like it!

FireCore Lan

We are fast multiplying and are now one of the largest EU communities that can also boast some very exceptional talent and competitive teams in Counter-Strike Source, Heroes of Nerwerth, WoW and three of the Call of Duty series.
For the gaming industry to grow it will take communities like us to push and support the new ventures wherever possible. I think FireCore lan is an ideal opportunity to "shoot some heads" and also support a new event that could potentially help boost the whole scene in the UK.
Rasta. are already paid and set to be in Newcastle from the 30th of July to the 1st of August. I would also like to attend this event and hope that other Rasta teams will try aswell. Not sure who if any from #Rasta are able to attend so would anyone like to make a Rasta.mix team?

Signups open for Multiplays Thermaltake Online Qualifiers

Signups are now open for the 64 team double elimination online qualifiers. 16 teams have been invited so there are only 48 available spaces that will be issued on a first come first serve basis. Signups will close when 48 full teams (5 members) have signed up or the signup end date is reached on the 30th June.
Instead of 1st and 2nd place going through to the elimination round as if they had finished first and 3rd and 4th going through to the elimination round as if they had finished second, we have decided that the 4 winning teams will simply be seeded 1 - 4 in the elimination bracket at insomnia40. We hope this change will increase the incentive to enter the online qualifier. We will also release the confirmed invited teams shortly.
To sign up head to tournaments.multiplay.co.uk/signups/ and use your normal Multiplay Login to register your team. All 5 members MUST be signed up to the team for it to be classed as a complete team so please ensure you all get signed up. This is...

Rasta. today can confirm there attendance at the fircore event taking part in newcastle on the 30th July to 1st August. We are looking to hopefully take home some cash as well as supporting the CSS scene. We see this lan as a good exercise in team bonding and getting some good lan experince as a team unit before the big i40 event.
Firecore and the Scene its self require our support. Its long overdue that the UK CSS scene needs more lans other than the i series events. Here it comes a chance to go a reasonably funded lan with a great prizepot and good solid competition and not only that its up north giving a more oppertunities to people who dont' quite live next door to newbury.
So if your interested in going to yet another LAN which has some fantastic guys running it looking for our support for all there hard work I encourge you to get your team or even a rasta mix and show newcastle just how rasta. does lans.

We are pleased to announce today that there will be an online qualification for Multiplays Insomnia40 Event (27th August - 30th August). These online qualifications will be held from the 8th July through until the 22nd July. The qualifiers will be a straight double elimination tournament consisting of 64 teams, 16 of which are invite. The invite teams have a guaranteed place in the tournament, as for the other 48 places these will be issued on a first come first serve bases.
The structure as stated is double elimination with 2 rounds played each Thursday for 3 weeks starting on the 8th July and ending on the 22nd. We have specifically chosen these days/times so as not to clash with the World Cup Football.
