**** IF you cannot pay over paypal you _MUST_ tell me and i will add you to the list, Regardless of previous convasations i need you to CONFIRM you will be paying at lan (Jagg). There are a limited number of people who can pay at the event (Less than 10) so first come = first served. If you do not do this, or pay up before monday I will not be ordering your food, you wont get a ticket and you will go hungry. All of KI have paid up so get it together lads. ****

add me to secure your food for the bbq. Unfortunately due to the cost of the extra food the price has gone up to £6 which is only £1 more than before so it isn't a drastic issue.

Hey Guys!
Got another set of release notes for you, here we see that last installment of patches before 1.1! It has quite a few buffs, and a few nukes to characters and also has a lot of item buffs and nukes!

New HoN hero incomming.

I know a lot of you have disregarded HoN since LoL has seemed to take over our community but for those of you that are interested, and for the HoN team too, here is a sneak peek at the latest addition to the hero lineup...Flint Beastwood.
This character is has dual wielding shotguns and will be an agility class hero.
His moves are as follows:
Flare: Fire a flare at a position, dealing damage and leaving a slow-burning glow that slows enemies and provides sight.
Sharpshooter: Passively deal extra damage and a mini-stun on occasion.
Long Barrel: Passively increases attack range.
Focused Fire: After taking time to line a shot, Flint fires at a faraway enemy, dealing critical damage.
We can expect to see this guy released in a pre-announced update on the Friday the 3rd of August. Let's hope the release date doesn't cures HoN with a stupidly overpowered hero being unleashed!

Thats right guys and gals back to the original Polo shirts for Rasta-Gaming. The design is not finalised but will be similar to our hoodies. These will be between £10 and £15 I dont have a definitive price yet. If you want one of these Shirts there are two very simple rules. Sign-up on this post by Monday and pay at lan or do not get your shirt!

With this next champion we had a couple of goals in mind. For starters, we wanted to show our continued commitment to the monster enthusiasts by bringing those monstrous champions into the lineup. On the other hand, we wanted to appeal to those sensitive types who don't identify with anything that's capable of vomiting toxic bile, devouring its victims whole, or shaking the very ground on which it treads. We know that it's a pretty tall order, but we're pretty sure that Gallio, the Sentinel's Sorrow, should just be able to bridge that gap. If you're a fan of monsters, just imagine a swooping, deadly predator perched on the edge of a building, waiting patiently to strike. And if you're one of those artsy types who doesn't appreciate the grotesque, well then, think of him as a piece of elegant statuary.

Counter Stirke Source Beta: Changes have begun!!

Hey Ladies and Gents!
Thats right major changes have now begun upon CSS, big fixes to the game have just been released in the open beta counter strike source! (If you dont know how to get it heres how to: To use the beta version, you just need to go on your Games Library on steam, install and launch "Counter Strike: Source Beta
Release Notes
[b] - Fixed prediction errors that were causing greater weapon inaccuracy (bullet spread) on client than server.
- Made the bomb the primary target of a USE command. This fixes a problem with objects placed around the bombsite interrupting defuse attempts.
- Fixed the ‘skating’ behavior that could occur when a bomb planting attempt was aborted. Also fixes the resulting out of sync hit boxes.
- Fixed bug in which a player who crouches rapidly and repeatedly was seen as stationery by other playe...

EDCSSL Clean-up

This is slightly old news but all 3 Rasta teams competing in enemy-down's EDCSSL won their respective divisions. We are not nearly as active in enemy-down as we used to be but still hold this event as a must as it was one of the things Rasta-Gaming has competed in since the early days.
Congratulations to all the players involved. Next season will see Rasta-Gaming have a team in first, second and third division for the second time. I know ED is not any of the teams main focus but it would be nice to see more of the teams signing up again and overwhelming EDCSSL

Just a little update for you all.
After some time and some amazing games, also our time at I39 Lan we all came to a decision that Ricardo "CRMJ" Costa was not right for the team. After a chat with the lads and also a chat with Damage we had decided to break the news, he took it well and is now on the way to finding a team to play for at I40
Some of you may know or may have found out. But in CRMJ's stead will be a good friend of Rasta and one who has always been a part of Rasta, and the person who is responsible for our very own Rasta BBQ its Dan "TsuNami" Stuart.
We have been playing together for a week now and all things are looking up with some results and some real Lan practice and work going down! We hope to do very well at lan. and we will make Rasta proud once again.
Also with EAS back up we will be playing a lot more and we will start to put some results back on the board :)
